The Manager of Quality Engineering leads and coordinates all design quality activities, driving excellence in both new product development and the continuous improvement of existing product lines. This role tackles challenges and shapes policies to elevate quality standards across the organization. Managing a global team across North America and Europe, they oversee software and firmware testing, validation, and regulatory efforts to ensure products meet the highest levels of performance and compliance. What You Will Do Lead design quality efforts across the product lifecycle, including new product development and enhancements to existing designs, while driving test strategy, verification, validation, and re-verification activities. Ensure excellence in software/firmware testing, reliability, regulatory compliance, and product release quality. Build a high-performing team by driving employee engagement, recruitment, hiring, performance management, training, and compensation decisions. Oversee critical quality engineering projects, processes, and industry standards, leveraging data and analysis to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. Enhance quality by recommending and implementing updates to policies, procedures, and programs. Resolve complex, high-impact issues by leading root cause analysis, validating corrective actions, and managing customer complaints, audits, and survey responses.
What You Will Bring Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related STEM field required. Master's degree preferred.Certifications:
ASQ CQE orISTQB CTFL
required. ASQ CMQ/OE orISTQB CTAL-TM
preferred.Experience:
10+ years in quality engineering role with 5+ years management experience.Testing Expertise:
Hands-on experience with software, firmware, & hardware testing, test planning, execution, and documentation.Network Knowledge:
Understanding of IPv4 & IPv6 networking, Linux Operating Systems, Restful API, and SNMP.Tools:
Experience using Atlassian, JIRA, and Zephyr.Preferred Skills:

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $125,000- $155,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
