You'll perform and analyze inputs and outputs to the PRA, including use of a specific solving engine, help refine QA/QC practices, and contribute to improvements that increase confidence in PRA outcomes. Your work will help inform market reform efforts, policy discussions, and system enhancements. You'll also develop your technical perspective to interpret planning data across MISO and the broader industry, identifying trends and potential challenges. Along the way, you'll also learn and receive support from your teammates—while collaborating across teams to continuously improve Resource Adequacy processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering technology, electrical and computer engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, or electronics and computer engineering technology At least two (2) years of relevant, related job experience.

Related capacity market or RTO experience Specific experience with any of the following:
GAMS, LOLE

Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
