Role Summary:

The Senior Electrical Project Engineer will lead the electrical scope for a large-scale pharmaceutical capital project. This role requires strong project management leadership combined with deep electrical engineering expertise. The candidate will act as the owner's representative, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance while driving schedule and cost performance.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

10+ years in electrical engineering and project management for large-scale capital projects ($50M+ scope). Proven experience in brownfield projects preferred. Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience strongly desired; medical device experience acceptable.

Technical Skills:

Strong project management skillset (scheduling, cost control, risk management). Proficiency in Primavera P6 , cost/risk/change management tools (Unifier), and commissioning processes. Understanding of electrical system testing, sequencing, and commissioning activities.

Certifications:

OSHA 30 preferred. PE License desirable.

Goal-oriented, strong sense of ownership, and ability to drive scope independently. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage quality and risk proactively.
