- Provide leadership and direction in developing and managing the manufacturing team
- Align manufacturing operations with company strategy and growth objectives
- Lead with integrity and trust to promoting teamwork and ownership
- Lead change and drive operational excellence in a custom manufacturing environment
- Focus on safety, quality, delivery, efficiencies, and personnel development
- Oversee manufacturing personnel, manufacturing routings, scheduling, and production
- Collaborate with other departments to help everyone accomplish mutual company goals
- Strategically identify manufacturing future capabilities, needs, and requirements
- Build a positive culture that supports both relational health and operational excellence Position Requirements
- What You'll Bring to the
Team:
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing related field
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated success of improving safety, quality, productivity, scheduling, or efficiencies
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement initiatives
