In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the accurate estimation, successful execution, and timely delivery of engineering and capital projects. Additionally, you will maintain testing schedules, manage resource allocation (MAT demand) and coordinate preliminary and critical design reviews (PDR & CDR), while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving innovation across teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion. Lead and manage capital projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage project plans, including estimates, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics. Minimum of 6 years of experience in project engineering or related roles. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.

Advanced Engineering degrees like ME (Mechanical Engineering) or EE (Electrical Engineering). Experience in leading complex engineering projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
