• 5+ years of electrical project management experience, including projects $5M+
• Strong hands-on background in electrical systems, materials, and industry standards
• Strong working knowledge of construction processes and local codes
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and material procurement on complex commercial projects
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools, plus Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus Nice to Have

• Manage commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Own project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls
• Coordinate procurement and material delivery to support just-in-time execution
• Lead collaboration across field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Manage change orders including negotiation, documentation, and execution
• Monitor job progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure code compliance
• Run project meetings, prepare reports, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders Why This Role This is not a desk-bound PM role.
