Summary:
Meta is hiring a Sustainability Program Manager to join the Sustainability Team focused on the Responsible Supply Chain ( RSC ) program. Our team enables Meta to operate and grow sustainably and responsibly. The Responsible Supply Chain program helps build safe and resilient communities in our global supply chain by protecting and empowering the lives of workers and the environment. This position will focus on implementing and managing responsible supply chain activities and optimizing management systems. We are looking for experienced candidates with supply chain social and environmental responsibility experience in technology and electronics supply chains, as well as a demonstrated background in program management and supplier engagement.Required Skills:
Sustainability Program Manager, Responsible Supply Chain Responsibilities:
1. Examine through root cause analysis and manage supplier performance improvements against Responsible Supply Chain ( RSC ) standards 2. Contribute to improvement programs that support sustained high supplier performance 3. Support the implementation of social and environmental responsibility programs and assurance activities at suppliers 4. Maintain positive, proactive relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders 5. Engage with sourcing (procurement), legal, business units and other cross-functional teams to align program objectives and manage key metrics 6. Execute responsible supply chain operations, including supplier prioritization activities, risk screening, and benchmarking 7. Provide day-to-day coordination for projects and effectively communicate status and priorities to team members and cross-functional partners 8. Execute technical reviews and process standardization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices 9. Contribute to the program's reporting, communications, and trainingMinimum Qualifications:

10. Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental sustainability, business management, or a related field 11. 8+ years of experience in social compliance or supply chain labor, human rights, and health & safety 12. Familiarity with the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct 13. Experience in project management with experience self-managing complex program delivery in a matrixed environment 14. Experience in developing management systems, including standard operating procedures 15. Advanced communication skills, including experience in conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders 16. Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn 17. A strong sense of diplomacy 18. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, including when managing competing priorities and time-sensitive deliverables 19. Willingness to travel (10%)Preferred Qualifications:

20. Experience in electronics and technology sector 21. Advanced degree in sustainability, supply chain, science, engineering, or a related technical field 22. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 23. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 24. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologiesPublic Compensation:
$132,000/year to $188,000/year + bonus + equity + benefitsIndustry:
