Lead engineering organization and provide technical leadership to tea m Establishes, oversees, and administers processes, policies, and practices and determines resource requirements, acquisition, and redeployment plan s Oversee and manage budgets of the organization and development project s Understands full life cycle requirements for product developmen t Works with subordinates to establish and evaluate employee performance plan s Interfaces with other organizations, internal/external customers, and suppliers to define and evaluate accomplishment of project, program priorities and approvals, and assist in roadblocks eliminatio n Mentor and collaborate with engineers within your team to enhance skills and assist in their desired career trajector y Identify, assess, and drive to closure any technical risks or opportunities associated with your progra m Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering progra m 5+ years of related engineering experience 2+ years of related technical management and/or technical leadership experienc e Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Stress Engineering/Stress Analysis experience Stress Engineering Management backgroun d Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and hold people accountabl e Excellent interpersonal skills working cross functionally across team s Analytical, demonstrated ability to deconstruct requirements and prioritize accordingl y Keen eye for details and a focus on continuous process improvemen t Exceptional time management skill s Engineering experience in the Aerospace industr y Strong presentation skill s Excellent written and oral communication skill sDrug Free Workplace:
