Job Description
Lead Engineer We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership, manage engineering projects, and mentor team members. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects. Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and technical documents. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and quality requirements. Identify and resolve technical and project-related challenges. Support proposal development and business growth initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure. 8+ years of engineering experience, including project leadership. Strong technical, project management, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
