• Technical Specialists, Trainers, Production & Scheduling Fabrication & Assembly Teams What You'll Do ?

??? Set the vision, strategy, and operating model for the Engineering organization ???? Scale teams and capabilities to support growth across markets and customers ???? Act as senior technical authority and escalation point for complex challenges ???? Drive delivery of engineered solutions, field services, training, and custom fabrication ???? Ensure engineering excellence, safety, quality, and best practices ???? Balance solution standardization with high?value customization ???? Partner closely with Sales to support solution selling and technical win strategies ???? Support key customer engagements, technical reviews, and executive presentations ???? Oversee production scheduling, capacity planning, and on?time delivery ???? Own margins, utilization, and continuous process improvement ???? Build, develop, and retain top engineering and technical talent What We're Looking For ???? Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related) ???? 7-10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience in an industrial B2B environment ???? Proven experience leading customer?facing engineering teams ? Strong background in engineered systems, custom fabrication, and technical services ???? Demonstrated success partnering with

Sales and Operations Preferred:
