Tocco Building Systems is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team.

Manage multiple project at various stages from pre-construction to close out Review proposals and project requirements. Secure required permits/utility services Managing budgets a plus Coordinate material buyouts and ship schedules Interpret electrical plans and specifications Identify possible cost saving opportunities and/or risk items. Write change orders and RFI's as needed Build and maintain good working relationships with customers, contractors, field staff, vendors and sales team members. Ability to handle multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail in a fast paced environment. Attend site meetings and support field staff Provide coaching to foreman and field staff Set clear goals and expectations to foreman and field staff Demonstrate leadership and project success. Be accountable and decisive

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills. Must be team-oriented and have a positive attitude towards customers and employees. Well organized with strong written and verbal communication skills. In depth knowledge of electrical codes and strong problem solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
