Prior experience in a consulting environment (Big 4 or global systems integrator preferred) Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methods Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and senior client stakeholders Experience owning program financials, delivery governance, and risk management Experience delivering transformation involving PLM, digital thread, cloud, data, or AI-enabled engineering Experience related to key technologies (Digital Thread / Twin, MBSE, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, etc.) Previous engineering experience Experience with large‑scale PLM implementations or transformations Experience with CAD and PLM systems Ability to effectively manage and coach others A collaborative mindset, are a team player Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years' work experience).
