As a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll drive AI & human collaboration and enterprise-grade scale for a platform that powers millions of interactions for 300k global customers. Help us define the future of frictionless channel activation across voice, messaging, email, and apps. What You'll Do Lead and grow several engineering teams in HubSpot's Omnichannel Product Group You'll deliver high-quality, scalable platform and product experiences that support all of HubSpot's core hubs. Partner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional leaders to define and execute roadmap priorities. Establish and uphold a high-performance engineering culture, including strong technical standards and accountability, performance management, and career development. Contribute hands-on technical leadership, guiding architecture and participating in critical technical discussions across the stack. Align teams to support the needs of both internal teams and external partners by providing a robust and easy to integrate channels platform. Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity, enabling teams to move quickly, experiment, and iterate effectively Required Qualifications Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams (20+ engineers), including team leads and senior technical individual contributors. Strong product engineering background, with experience building and scaling SaaS products from early stages through high growth. You have experience shaping feature delivery from early stage validation, to late stage maturity. Demonstrated ability to lead full-stack product discussions and influence both frontend and backend architecture. Hands-on technical credibility with a track record of contributing to engineering decisions and mentoring teams. Experience driving high performance through goal setting, feedback, and performance management. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make informed decisions without complete data. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across product, design, and engineering. Experience leveraging or integrating AI/GenAI into product development workflows or features. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience working on voice calling and SMS features. Experience building AI products and agents. Background in both upmarket and downmarket product experiences.Where You'll Work Location:
