On site in Hatfield, MA A growing construction organization is seeking a Project Manager to help lead complex field operations and keep high visibility civil projects moving from planning through completion. This is an opportunity to step into a role with strong ownership, direct impact on project outcomes, and broad exposure across scheduling, cost management, subcontractor coordination, and client engagement. The right person will be energized by fast moving job sites, problem solving in real time, and helping deliver quality work that meets schedule, budget, and safety expectations. This Role Offers Competitive compensation aligned with experience Strong opportunity to influence project execution and operational success Hands-on collaboration with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers Exposure to a wide range of civil construction activities and project types A visible position with room for long-term growth What You Will Do Lead day to day civil construction projects from preconstruction planning through closeout, balancing schedule, field coordination, cost control, and client communication Review drawings, scopes, and site details to identify risks early, support change management, and keep work aligned with contract requirements Manage budgets, production plans, subcontractor performance, and procurement timing to keep field execution moving and margins protected Partner with superintendents, field teams, and customers to solve site issues quickly while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule expectations Use construction documents, blueprints, and project controls tools to monitor progress, support billing accuracy, and communicate updates to stakeholders Support estimating, documentation, and project reporting activities as needed to help ensure smooth startup and execution What You Bring Project management experience in a construction environment Strong understanding of construction principles, plans, blueprints, and industry standards Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and customer relationships Strong communication, organization, and follow through Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, engineering, business, or a related field Experience in heavy civil or civil construction is preferred Background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline is desirable Experience with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam Revu, project management platforms, or GPS related programs is preferred PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus
