  • Full-time Job Summary About the Role We are looking for a hands-on, motivated Quality Manager to lead and elevate our quality systems and drive operational excellence across the organization.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our products, processes, and systems consistently meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You'll be a key leader in building and sustaining a strong Quality Management System (QMS), while partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders—including customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies—to support continuous improvement and long-term success. What You'll Do Lead Quality Systems:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO, FDA, or other applicable standards.
Drive Compliance & Audits:
Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits while managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure lasting improvements.
Champion Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to reduce defects, eliminate waste, and improve processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis tools.
Oversee Documentation:
Maintain accurate quality documentation and provide clear reporting on quality metrics, trends, and performance. Lead & Develop a
Team:
Supervise and mentor quality staff while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate Across Departments:
Work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to resolve quality issues and support new product development.
Support Training & Development:
Create and deliver training programs focused on quality standards, compliance, and best practices.
Manage Supplier Quality:
Evaluate supplier performance, conduct audits, and oversee corrective actions to ensure supply chain reliability.
Improve Cost Performance:
Help reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) through proactive issue prevention and process improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field 5+ years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards such as
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF
16949, or
FDA 21 CFR
Part 820 Proven experience with QMS implementation, audits, and CAPA processes Familiarity with COPQ, risk management, and continuous improvement methodologies #
