Job Description This Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for: Leading and developing the manufacturing engineering team. Driving manufacturing process improvements and innovation initiatives Managing engineering budgets, workload planning, and resource allocation. The Successful Applicant A Successful Manufacturing Manager will have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Experience leading engineering teams and major manufacturing projects Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Security Clearance.
