The opportunity EY is making significant investments in its AI & Data practice serving the Power & Utilities sector. In this role, you will help clients define their AI strategic vision and execute that vision to capitalize on future opportunities, scale for growth, and mitigate risk in highly regulated environments. You will bring deep industry insight and advanced knowledge of utility business drivers-safety, reliability, affordability, resiliency, compliance, and customer experience-to help clients navigate modern data management, AI platforms, cloud analytics, AI risk management, and rapidly evolving AI technologies. You will also play a key role in developing EY AI offerings, scaling solution assets, contributing to go-to-market strategies, and supporting thought leadership efforts. This role offers high visibility, strong growth trajectory, and opportunities to develop the next generation of Power & Utilities AI leaders. This position includes helping clients define and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions-such as copilots, intelligent assistants, and workflow agents-that augment decision-making, automate knowledge work, and orchestrate end-to-end processes, while maintaining appropriate governance, human oversight, and auditability. Your key responsibilities As a Senior Manager specializing in AI & Data for Power & Utilities, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and partner with electric, gas, and water utilities to design and deliver AI strategies and solutions aligned to operational and regulatory realities. Your responsibilities include establishing AI strategies, governance and risk management frameworks, AI operating models, defining solution architectures, and overseeing the engineering and scaling of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI capabilities within client environments. You will ensure all solutions comply with regulatory, security, and enterprise standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
