Job Description This Engineering Manager wil be responsible for: Providing hands-on manufacturing engineering support for operations. Leading new product introductions and cost reduction initiatives. Developing and implementing quality and regulatory requirements. Managing process and test method validation activities. Driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs. Mentoring engineering staff and leading cross-functional project teams. The Successful Applicant A Successful Engineering Manager will be responsible for: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related experience. Experience leading manufacturing engineering teams. Knowledge of process validation methodologies (IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ). Understanding of quality and regulatory systems. Lean manufacturing experience. Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
