Operational Ex Lead

Are you a Lean Master ready to drive transformation in mission-critical manufacturing? Join our Mission Systems Division as a strategic change agent, leading lean deployment across our Woburn, MA facility while supporting operations in Whippany, NJ. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Business Process Improvement, you'll architect and implement site-wide lean manufacturing systems that deliver linkage, flow, and flawless execution—meeting customer demand at the lowest cost with perfect quality. The annual base salary range for this position is $119,000 - $149,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
