Build your future with a growing Annapolis team delivering high-impact civil land development work across Central Maryland. In this Civil Engineering Project Manager opportunity, you'll own projects from approved concept through permitting and construction, lead a small design team, and collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineering Project Manager position include: 5+ years of professional civil land development experience with project management and staff leadership. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) or equivalent experience. Manage multiple land development projects from approved concept through permitting and construction. Oversee site design, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, roadway improvements, and subdivision plans. Manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, deadlines, and deliverables. Lead and mentor engineers, CAD designers, and civil technicians. Coordinate with clients, surveyors, architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Review plans, provide technical guidance and quality control, and assist with permitting.
Salary:
$104,000 - $182,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits:
