Description The candidate will be assisting the Program Manager leading a large (~75-100 personnel) cross-functional team embedded in a US Government partner site. This position serves as the primary point of contact between the client and company, leading program management, financial and service level agreement reporting, and personnel management.

Top Secret + SCI Eligible Required Skills/Credentials Be a US Citizen who actively holds a US government security clearance at the TS (Top Secret) level or higher Bachelors degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Math, or Physics 10+ years' experience managing a team of at least 15 personnel 5+ years' experience managing cross-functional, technical, project teams 5+ years' experience performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Certification compliant with DoD 8570 IAT II (e.g., Security+) Experience managing projects in both predictive and agile environments Experience creating, managing, tracking, and reporting of budgets Desirable Skills/Credentials Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, BigPicture, or Microsoft Project Proficiency with Microsoft Office products for efficient communication, reporting, and presentation Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence into daily workflows for process improvement Process improvement experience and certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Experience with application development, system administration, networking, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, or related technical field Our Approach At SecureStrux, we are committed to core values that guide the way we work with one another and our clients.
