Job Description
Lead, mentor, and scale an interdisciplinary R D team Foster a high-performance culture that encourages innovation, technical excellence, and customer centricity Partner with product management, technology strategists, North American sales organization, and global product teams to align product development roadmaps with market requirements Lead initial scoping of project resource requirements and planning for ATL team Drive performance management through regular reviews, feedback, and individualized career development plans Identify, assess, and resolve talent and capability gaps through forward-looking resource planning Oversee product lifecycle from concept and prototyping to production readiness Establish clear organizational objectives and metrics, track milestone progress, and provide transparent reporting to key stakeholders Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure commitments are met Ensure development processes are aligned with Corporate R D standards and processes
