- Support the transition of designs from concept to production, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing with engineering leadership roles.
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects successfully.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated success in hands-on product development and technical leadership.
- Ability to drive innovative design solutions and improve product reliability and performance.
- Knowledge of engineering standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Experience in fostering a collaborative and improvement-oriented team culture.
