- Oversee engineering processes, ensuring adnce to industry standards and manufacturability requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering strategies with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, creativity, and professional growth within the engineering department.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Act as the primary technical liaison, facilitating communication and resolving challenges with customer engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all engineering activities.
- Foster an environment that encourages proactive problem-solving and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Manage and mentor engineering team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Develop and implement design standards and processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with customer engineering teams to understand requirements and facilitate technical reviews.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve product design and manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product development.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones.

- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all engineering activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering leadership within industrial manufacturing.
- Proven track record in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Experience in fostering a collaborative and improvement-focused engineering culture.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to engineering practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
