- Ensure smooth transition of designs to production while maintaining high standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Five to eight years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in engineering leadership and hands-on product development.
- Demonstrated success in managing technical teams and complex projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.
- Ability to drive innovative, cost-effective design solutions enhancing product performance.
- Experience in fostering a collaborative, improvement-oriented engineering culture.
- Knowledge of establishing standards, processes, and best practices for manufacturable designs.
