strong class="jd-heading">OverviewENERCON's Nuclear Services Group is seeking an Engineering Site Lead to join the team. In this dynamic role, you will lead engineering projects, collaborate with technical teams to create detailed proposals, and manage all aspects of project execution, including schedules, risk management, and financial health. With your proven management skills, you'll oversee project schedules, financials and reporting while actively supporting marketing endeavors to propel business growth. You'll drive client satisfaction through effective communication, high-quality deliverables, and strong relationship-building while overseeing the work of engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes. Lead projects by collaborating with technical colleagues to develop detailed engineering proposals, managing schedules, and executing recovery plans when neededProject Planning & Execution:
Develop comprehensive work plans, risk management strategies, communication plans, and work breakdown structures to ensure smooth project executionScheduling & Financial Management:
Oversee project schedules, apply advanced scheduling tools, and manage the financial health of projects, ensuring timely reporting and performance trackingTeam & Resource Management:
Manage engineers, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring quality deliverables, while supporting internal standards and resource managementClient & Business Development:
Maintain strong client relationships, manage project scope, and support marketing efforts, including proposal preparation and identifying new opportunitiesContract & Project Oversight:
Plan, implement, and supervise client contracts, ensuring successful project execution, while traveling to client facilities as needed. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering OR PMP Certification and generally has 8 years' applicable experienceTypically requires 6 years' experience in power generation, energy, utility or nuclear industries as an Engineer or Project ManagerSkilled in cost / workhour estimating and proposal development and reviewCapable of reporting on and managing scope, schedule, and cost for multiple projects executing simultaneouslyKnowledge in earned value management, rules of credit, and progress reportingExperienced in contract and non-disclosure agreement language development and reviewAbility to understand and work with budget and accounting processesStrong coordination and team building skillsExcellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skillsEffective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teamsWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPointMust be able to get badged at a nuclear facilityMust be able to perform plant walkdownsCandidates must meet all ENERCON Project Manager qualification requirements within the required timeframeThis position will be onsite at our clients facility Compensation RangeUSD $107,200.00 - USD $187,000.00 /Yr.
