Senior Project Manager & Regional Manager Location:

Bangor, Maine We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager & Regional Manager to lead and grow our Bangor, Maine office. As a key member of our Public Works team, you will help expand our technical capabilities, strengthen our presence throughout Maine, and deliver infrastructure projects that make a meaningful impact on local communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil or Environmental Engineer with at least 15 years of experience who is ready to take on a leadership role with long-term growth potential. Our Public Works team serves communities throughout New England, specializing in: Water resources Public infrastructure Stormwater management Wastewater management Site planning and development Responsibilities Provide operational and project management support to the Regional Director. Manage and support the technical development of civil engineering projects, with a strong emphasis on municipal and industrial water and wastewater systems. Develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships throughout Maine. Lead project teams through conceptual, preliminary, and final design. Manage projects throughout the construction process. Oversee project quality control, client coordination, schedules, budgets, and daily operations. Prepare regulatory permit applications for a variety of projects. Develop proposals, scopes of work, project schedules, and budgets. Work alongside the Regional Director to develop and grow the Bangor office. Mentor and train junior engineers across a variety of project assignments. Share responsibility and accountability with other members of the division. Qualifications At least 15 years of experience in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Previous leadership and project management experience. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Experience with environmental permitting is preferred.

Pay:

$125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
