Job Description Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and project managers. Oversee technical strategy, engineering execution, and project delivery across multiple concurrent projects. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Communicate project status and engineering activities with internal stakeholders and customers. Drive accountability for project milestones, objectives, and deliverables. Establish and monitor departmental KPIs and performance metrics. Support operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Assist with resource planning, staffing, and organizational development. Resolve technical, operational, and customer-related challenges. The Successful Applicant Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline. 10+ years of experience within process engineering or a related industry environment. Previous experience managing engineering teams and project-focused organizations. Strong background in sanitary fluid processing systems and capital project execution. Demonstrated success leading projects involving quality, cost, and schedule management. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
