FCA Group The Technical Manager will lead the development, integration, and validation of propulsion performance upgrades for the Direct Connection product line. This role requires strong technical depth, hands-on testing capability, and the ability to guide a small, fast-moving engineering team. The position works cross-functionally with base vehicle programs, SRT, and suppliers to deliver OEM-grade performance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development and validation of propulsion performance upgrades across calibration, controls, engine hardware, and engine systems Drive hands-on testing, including in-vehicle development, dyno work, and HIL/virtual validation Collaborate with base programs, SRT, and suppliers to meet performance, quality, and timing targets Challenge claims and ensure robust, data-driven decisions Track program status, risks, and deliverables; support calibration release processes Lead a small engineering team and promote a silo-breaking, high-accountability culture EOE/Disability/Veteran At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
