Our client, a well-established, multi-office civil engineering and surveying consulting firm serving communities across Michigan, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead construction engineering and inspection services.

Responsibilities:

Manage construction engineering projects for MDOT, counties, and municipalities Oversee field staff, inspection, testing, and documentation Administer contracts, pay estimates, change orders, and project records Serve as the primary client contact through construction Mentor construction staff and support proposals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan 10+ years of civil construction engineering experience MDOT construction experience strongly preferred (FieldManager a plus) Strong leadership and communication skills
