Job Description

Traveling Project Manager- Mechanical Construction Are you willing to travel anywhere in the US? This is an opportunity with a growing national team to lead complex HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical construction projects while working for a company experiencing tremendous growth throughout the mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing markets.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and manpower plans
  • Coordinate engineering, fabrication, field operations, subcontractors, and clients
  • Ensure project safety, quality, and financial performance
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers and project teams
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of Mechanical Construction Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or proven working experience in Construction Management
  • HVAC, Plumbing, or Mechanical Piping project experience preferred
  • Strong financial management and forecasting skills
  • Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of P6 or Microsoft Project and willingness to learn
