Senior Solid Waste Client Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Solid Waste Client Manager to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct and oversee solid waste engineering projects from proposal through final project completion. Meet with clients to conduct needs analysis and project definition. Guide and support the growth of the engineering department by mentoring staff and the broader engineering team. Provide executive oversight for the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals and strict adherence to scope and budget requirements. Directs end-to-end project delivery while maintaining ultimate accountability for departmental profitability, scope integrity, and budget management. Develop positive and ongoing relationships with internal teams, external clients, and regulatory agency representatives Drive organizational growth through proactive business development and opportunity identification Willingness to travel to various project sites is a requirement. Perform other tasks as needed or assigned to support project needs

QUALIFICATIONS

Engineering Degree Required Professional Engineering License 15+ years of experience in the solid waste industry, with an emphasis on leading permitting initiatives, construction quality assurance, and regulatory compliance programs Proficient at Microsoft Office
