Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and controlling projects associated with new product development, industrialization, and cost reduction. Manages small to medium complexity and risk level projects to ensure quality, timing, and cost targets are met. Leads cross-functional teams and interfaces with all internal departments involved in projects to ensure timely progress. Coordinates with customers to align project deliverables with their requirements. Engineering Project Manager:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical) required. Strong manufacturing process background. Minimum 3 years of experience in leading initiatives.
