Job Description
Responsible for managing the engineering design, development, and improvement of anti-vibration rubber products for automotive applications, from concept to production; oversee the design and development of Engine Mount and Bushing applications; manage the engineering activities and initiatives of the AVS product engineering team, focused on AVS products and applications; ensure competitiveness and high quality standard of technical solutions are successfully implemented and maintained throughout the engineering process; coordinate and integrate product, customer and project engineering strategies, together with sales, to ensure seamless engineering application development; conduct feasibility studies prior to finalizing offer; review customer change requests prior to executions; utilize and apply knowledge of AVS automotive industry products, design to costs, CATIA
