You will lead maintenance engineering, elevate uptime and OEE, and ensure world-class safety, quality, and compliance while partnering tightly with Production. Key outcomes Uptime and OEE meet or exceed company norms with sustained, measurable improvement. Zero-compromise safety culture aligned to HSE guidelines. IATF 16949.
Reduced MTTR and improved MTBF through predictive practices and root-cause elimination. Core responsibilities Plan and execute installation, commissioning, and maintenance for machinery and equipment. Lead troubleshooting to minimize downtime and stabilize production. Build, schedule, and track preventive and predictive maintenance; maintain complete records. Manage emergency repairs for equipment across the entire plant. Direct and supervise external contractors; verify scope, quality, and safety compliance. Maintain excellent housekeeping via 5S and enforce company safety policies. Coordinate with Production to align on daily plans and meet company objectives. Collaborate with Purchasing to secure spares, tooling, and supplies. Maintain critical spare parts inventory to protect uptime. Drive facility maintenance and support expansion projects and new plant layouts. Track performance trends (OEE, MTTR, MTBF) and act on insights. Document activities per SOPs and QMS; ensure Environmental and

compliance.
Lead a team:
train, direct, develop, supervise, and evaluate technicians. Identify risks, take corrective actions, and ensure adherence to powered equipment regulations. Participate in daily production meetings; execute agreed actions. Perform other duties as assigned. Leadership & culture Model safety-first behavior and HSE compliance. Encourage total employee involvement and gather improvement ideas. Promote continuous improvement mindsets across the team and peers. Qualifications Industrial maintenance leadership experience in a production environment. Proficiency with PM/PdM systems, troubleshooting, and emergency response. Working knowledge of QMS, Environmental requirements, and

Experience overseeing contractors and coordinating multi-disciplinary projects. Familiarity with 5S, OEE, MTTR, and MTBF metrics and improvement methods. Ability to plan equipment relocations and implement new plant layouts. Strong documentation discipline and adherence to SOPs and regulations for powered equipment.
