Reduced MTTR and improved MTBF through predictive practices and root-cause elimination. Core responsibilities Plan and execute installation, commissioning, and maintenance for machinery and equipment. Lead troubleshooting to minimize downtime and stabilize production. Build, schedule, and track preventive and predictive maintenance; maintain complete records. Manage emergency repairs for equipment across the entire plant. Direct and supervise external contractors; verify scope, quality, and safety compliance. Maintain excellent housekeeping via 5S and enforce company safety policies. Coordinate with Production to align on daily plans and meet company objectives. Collaborate with Purchasing to secure spares, tooling, and supplies. Maintain critical spare parts inventory to protect uptime. Drive facility maintenance and support expansion projects and new plant layouts.
