Create/Track both booked and pursuit floorspace requirements for all new business. Prepare draft layout (Auto Cad) scenarios for new business pursuits and lean workshop activities. Support Ad-Hoc studies and business case development for new programs and location make studies including the coordination of packaging and logistics analysis. Prepare initial PFEP studies to determine loop size, DOH, Container counts, Warehouse layouts/space requirements on new program quotes and workshops. Provide input and coordination on cost save initiatives. Document three cost save initiatives each year. Support new site searches and new site /program workbook for new business opportunities. Support the development of AR's and LAR's for new sites, site expansions, product moves and manufacturing optimization initiatives.
