As an Engineering Manager , you will be responsible for leading and developing a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on the design, development, and deployment of advanced mechanical systems for industrial material handling applications. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and reliable solutions that meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements. Job Duties :

Leads the design and development of mechanical systems for conveyors, AS/RS, robotics, and custom machinery Establishes engineering standards for design, analysis, documentation, and validation Reviews and approves designs, drawings, calculations, and BOMs Leads design reviews, DFMEA, and risk assessments Improves engineering processes and documentation

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred 3+ years experience leading engineering teams Demonstrated proficiency with 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo) Global project support experience preferred Expertise in PDM Management Material handling or warehouse automation experience preferred Knowledge of mechatronics and robotics to take the next steps!
