Job Summary A Korean-owned engineering company specializing in automation systems, manufacturing equipment, and turnkey production solutions for automotive OEMs and Tier 1suppliers is seeking an executive with both strong business leadership and a solid engineering background. The successful candidate must be capable of developing long-term business strategy while remaining actively involved in customer support, engineering coordination, project oversight, and day-to-day operations within a lean organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (Required) Professional fluency in Korean and English (Required) Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial automation, automotive, or industrial equipment industries Experience managing a company, subsidiary, business unit, or engineering organization Proven success in business development and customer acquisition Experience leading technical project execution within an engineering-driven organization Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and engineering project management Experience working with automotive OEMs and/or Tier 1 suppliers is highly preferred Financial Management experience including P&L responsibility Ability to recruit, develop, and lead teams Comfortable working in a Hands-on leadership role #
