The products that we make provide consistency and safety for our customers around the world. We are looking for a Product Engineering Tech. The Product Engineering Technician supports the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of products through technical problem-solving, engineering change management, documentation development, and product data administration. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, this position ensures product quality, accurate BOMs and documentation, effective project execution, and timely resolution of technical issues while supporting electrical, mechanical, and software-based systems. The Product Engineering Tech's essential duties include: Provides technical and project support throughout the product lifecycle by coordinating engineering changes, maintaining product documentation and BOMs, supporting manufacturing and supplier quality initiatives, and driving continuous improvement efforts to enhance product performance and operational efficiency. Executes and coordinates engineering activities including product testing, document control, regulatory compliance management, design support, and process improvement initiatives. Ensures accurate engineering data, supports product development efforts, and drives improvements that enhance product performance, quality, and operational efficiency. Leads day-to-day manufacturing problem-solving efforts and drives continuous improvement of production methods, equipment, and processes. Applies expertise in product design, fabrication techniques, assembly methods, and quality standards to support efficient production, product quality, and operational excellence. In addition, they need knowledge of mechanical, electrical and software expertise. They must be proficient using the Microsoft Suite and SolidWorks, as well as ERP experience.
