We're looking for a Senior Program Manager, Robotics Product Realization to help drive the systems, processes, and cross‑functional alignment that enable predictable, scalable delivery across our growing robotics portfolio. This is a high‑impact individual contributor role for a collaborative, influential leader who thrives on ambiguity, challenges the status quo, and gets results by bringing people together around common goals. Why This Role Matters Robotics product realization sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and go‑to‑market execution. In this role, you'll lead the initiatives that remove friction, streamline lifecycle processes, and improve how we bring robotics products to market—from launch through end of life. Your work will directly influence speed to market, execution predictability, cost, and customer experience , while helping the organization operate as a more cohesive, effective system. What You'll Do Process Improvement & Program Leadership Lead cross‑functional initiatives that improve end‑to‑end product realization with a strong focus on speed, efficiency, and scalability. Identify systemic gaps and inefficiencies, develop practical solutions, and drive adoption across teams. Establish clear program charters, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and executive‑level reporting. SAP Release Process Optimization Own program management for the robotics SAP release process, aligning business needs with time‑to‑market goals. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to simplify workflows, reduce cycle time, and improve release predictability. Product End‑of‑Life (EOL) Program Management Lead and coordinate EOL execution for multiple robotics products. Align Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure: Continued customer service and support commitments Clear internal and external communication Controlled ramp‑down of materials and inventory Minimized financial, operational, and customer risk Develop repeatable frameworks, tools, and best practices for future EOL efforts. Centralized Quality Improvement Initiatives Serve as the central program manager for cross‑product quality improvement initiatives. Coordinate prioritization, execution, and tracking across functions. Ensure accountability, transparency, and measurable improvements in product performance and customer experience. Collaboration & Influence Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT. Facilitate decision‑making, resolve conflict, and maintain momentum in complex, matrixed environments. Communicate clearly and confidently at all levels, including senior and executive leadership. Additional Contributions Take on emerging initiatives that support evolving business needs. Continuously look for opportunities to improve how work gets done across Robotics Product Realization. What You Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, operations, customer service, or process improvement within a complex, cross‑functional environment. Proven ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from release through end of life. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience strongly preferred). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in fast‑paced environments. Preferred Qualifications Formal training or certification in Program Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. What Sets You Apart Results‑

Tennant Sales and Service Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
