Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate customer RFQs and develop accurate tooling quotations Lead project execution from kickoff to delivery Coordinate cross-functional teams across machining, design, purchasing, and production Manage scheduling, routing, requisitions, and buyouts Oversee CAD/CAM programming (vertical CNC mills) and inspection (CMM/manual) Support process development and continuous improvement initiatives Serve as a primary point of contact with customers and vendors

Preferred Background:

5+ years in mold manufacturing or precision tooling Experience with CAD/CAM programming and ERP systems (Epicor or similar) Strong leadership and communication skills Technical knowledge of machining, inspection, and project scheduling Degree from a technical school or equivalent hands-on experience Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
