Job Description

Project ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive our heavy civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in site development and a strong understanding of scheduling and utilities management. This role is central to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage heavy civil construction projects from conception to completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate site development activities, including earthwork, concrete work, and utility installation.

Oversee the planning and execution of underground utilities, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main installations.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within heavy civil construction.

Strong knowledge of site development processes and scheduling techniques.

Proficiency in managing underground utilities, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
