Skilled at setting expectations, tracking milestones, and driving accountability. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to understand and translate technical engineering concepts into customer-facing communication. Comfortable leading meetings and documenting decisions. Self-directed, solutions-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related technical field. Minimum of 6 years of experience managing technical projects or programs. Experience in capital equipment, manufacturing, or industrial machinery. Experience in printing, converting, or related equipment industries is a strong plus. Work Environment The role involves working in a dynamic and collaborative environment focused on capital equipment development. The successful candidate will engage with various technologies and equipment, maintaining professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The dress code is business casual, aligning with the company's professional standards. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
