5x2, 4x3- 9-hour days
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
At Sibanye-Stillwater, the Electrical Maintenance Planner will provide planned work instructions to supervisors and the hourly workforce in the Electrical department. This position uses hands-on experience, training and knowledge to schedule and plan the resources needed for the completion of stationary and electrical maintenance tasks. The Electrical Planner understands and can articulate the specific short term and the general, longer-term goals of the company and always maintains, protects, and preserves the facilities' assets. Must have excellent troubleshooting ability, good communication skills, technical knowledge of production and process equipment, mine processes, and computer operations with the ability to effectively facilitate planning meetings with mine personnel. Plan maintenance activities for long- and short-term scheduling.
