Architect Architecture Billings, Montana Bozeman, Montana Description Position Description As an Architect you will work individually, with senior architects and project managers in developing, planning, and creating design concepts for projects. This position will initiate and create designs and plans for projects with responsibility for the preparation of presentation and design drawings and models. You will be involved in the analyses of client issues and design goals and in conceiving and developing architectural solutions to those issues and goals. This position will develop, modify, and review construction documents and solutions to technical problems. Position Salary Range

• The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $120,000 annually. Required Qualifications
• Accredited professional degree in Architecture 10+ years of post-graduate professional experience Current architect license/registration Excellent verbal, written and visualmunication skills Ability to build engaging client relationships, manage consultant teams, and take responsibility for fees, budget, staffing, and billing Ability to define and drive project milestones, facilitate project meetings, and effectively coach and mentor team members Working knowledge of Revit, Project Management Software, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office suite, Bluebeam, Outlook Preferred Qualifications•LEED Accredited is a plus A passion for creative, collaborative, client-focused design A talent for balancing gracefulmunication between Cushing Terrell teams and our clients Did you know that some people hold back on ing to jobs if they don't meet 100% of the listed requirements?

• Lead project development and project teams from inception topletion Direct the architectural team, and as necessary integrate engineering teams on projects of varying scale and budget Lead project documentation efforts with a deep knowledge of contract documents, specifications, shop-drawings, and submittal review Be able to delegate, train, monitor progress and coordination, and conduct QA/QC Have relevant experience in construction observation and construction administration, and understand construction costs, budgeting, and value engineering Be motivated and self-reliant, maintaining collaborative working relationships and assisting with the development of emerging professionals Befortable and have experience with technicallyplex projects, and the knowledge of codes and standards applicable to the design of the projects Have excellent design skills and strong technical proficiency including experience in working in the following platforms: SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite Organize and lead meeting involving internal & external clients/partners related to architectural development Review contractor questions and submittals to ensurepliance with design intent and design solutions Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews.

Approves quality of materials and work Process submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFI Position may grow to include supervisory responsibilities including training, assigning, and directing work, reviewing performance, rewarding and disciplining team members, addressingplaints and resolving problems. • Actual pay will be determined based on the candidate's years of experience, licensure status, location, level of proficiency, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law). This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
