Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer Project Manager position include: 6+ years of civil engineering experience with municipal water/wastewater projects. BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field). North Carolina Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain reciprocal NC licensure within six months. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Support the Senior Project Manager by developing and maintaining client relationships, budgets, and schedules. Manage technical and financial performance of assigned projects. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication. Mentor and develop staff through on-the-job training, performance feedback, and project reviews.
Salary:
$90,000-$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
