Full-Time About the Opportunity Our client is a nationally recognized general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, technically challenging projects across the mission critical sector. Due to continued growth and a robust project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale electrical scopes on hyperscale and enterprise data center projects. This individual will play a key role in driving project performance from preconstruction through commissioning while partnering closely with clients, trade partners, field leadership, and executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of electrical project delivery, including planning, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout. Manage large electrical subcontractor packages and ensure alignment with project objectives. Oversee project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, change management, and risk mitigation. Coordinate with operations, preconstruction, field teams, design partners, commissioning agents, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and recovery plans where required. Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence are maintained across all project activities. Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and support staff. Facilitate owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, and executive project reviews. Support business development, client relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives within the mission critical sector. Qualifications 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience. Experience delivering large-scale mission critical, data center, advanced manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, or other highly technical construction projects. Strong understanding of electrical systems, procurement strategies, commissioning processes, and project controls. Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar electrical scopes from inception through completion. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Ability to travel as required.
