Job Description

The Embedded Systems Program Manager will lead a critical Airbus aerospace program focused on advanced brushless motor control systems, driving technical recovery efforts for a program behind schedule. This role requires strong leadership across embedded hardware, software, systems integration, and certification engineering while partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues, manage program execution, and ensure compliance with aerospace certification standards. The ideal candidate has extensive avionics program management experience, a strong electrical or embedded systems background, and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure program recovery environments.
Required Experience:
8+ years of aerospace, avionics, embedded systems, or safety-critical systems experience. 5+ years of Program Management experience leading complex aerospace or avionics programs. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong background in embedded hardware, embedded software, and systems integration. Experience leading technical recovery ("triage") efforts on programs behind schedule. Experience supporting aerospace certification activities and working with cross-functional engineering teams. Strongly preferred experience with DO-178 and DO-254 certification standards. Experience with brushless motor control systems, power electronics, or aerospace control systems preferred. Previous Airbus program experience is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills. #
GRPA Pay:
