We are seeking a skilled Chief Engineer primarily for our 3,000 HP, 498 GT Vessel, the OAG Responder. In this critical role, you'll ensure reliable vessel performance and operational safety What You'll Do Plan and execute preventive maintenance and repairs for all engineering systems. Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Manage spare parts, consumables, and onboard inventories. Oversee fuel, lube, and waste handling, ensuring MARPOL and environmental compliance. Supervise Assistant Engineers Coordinate shipyard periods, vendor work, and maintain class/USCG records. Qualifications MMC national officer endorsement as Chief Engineer-Limited , motor propulsion, valid for 3,000 HP or more , oceans. STCW Chief Engineer Officer , management level, motor 750 k
