Up to $130,000/year Position Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering activities supporting construction projects and operations. This position will oversee engineering staff, coordinate project requirements, review technical plans, and work closely with project management, estimating, and field teams. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with construction industry experience who can manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, safety, and project objectives are met. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage engineering staff, providing direction, coaching, and professional development. Oversee engineering activities from project planning through completion. Review engineering plans, drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, construction teams, vendors, and customers. Provide technical guidance and solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure engineering designs and documentation meet project specifications, codes, and industry standards. Assist estimating and preconstruction teams with technical requirements, scope reviews, and project planning. Identify potential engineering, scheduling, material, and construction issues and develop solutions. Monitor project progress and ensure engineering deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Coordinate with field operations to ensure plans and engineering requirements are practical and achievable. Review and approve technical documentation and engineering deliverables. Assist with project budgets, resource planning, and cost control. Support quality control and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Stay current with applicable construction codes, engineering standards, and industry practices. Participate in strategic planning and help identify opportunities to improve engineering processes and project execution.  Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of engineering experience within the construction industry. Previous leadership or engineering management experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of construction processes, project planning, and technical documentation. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction plans. #HPCS
